Vegetable Pasties

Ingredients

- 3 Puff Pastry Sheets
- 1 Potato
- Onion
- Leeks
- Carrot
- Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Chillies 
- 1 Stock Cube
- 1 Egg

Method

  1. Cook the vegetables in a little oil on low heat with out adding water.
  2. Cut pastry in to squares.
  3. Fill the mix and make pasties as instructed in the video.
  4. Bake 180 about 20-30 min until golden brown.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce.
