Omlette Curry
Sri Lankan Omlette Curry
Ingredients
- - 6 Large Eggs
- - 1 Onion
- - 2 Chillies
- - Pepper
- - Salt
- - Curry Leaves
- - Pundan Leaves
- - Garlic
- - Maldive fish Flakes
- - Green Chillies
- - 1 Tomato
- - Cinnamon
- - Fenugreek Seeds
- - 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
- - Oil
- - Chillie Powder
- - 1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
- - Tumeric Powder
Method
- Break the eggs and add salt pepper, leeks, onion and chillie along with the green part of the leeks.
- Add a table spoon oil and put the egg mix in to the pan and make an omlette .
- Cut that in to squares.
- Add oil in to another pan & fry onion garlic and all the other aromatic spices.
- Next add the remain and fry several min and add the coconut milk.
- Cook several min adding the eggs, Serve hot with rice or bread.
