Ice Ceam Cone Cup Cakes




Ice Cream Cone Cup Cakes.

Ingredients


  • - Flat Bottom Ice cream Cones
  • - 180ml of Milk
  • - 270g of Caster Sugar
  • - 330g of Self Raising Flour
  • - 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
  • - 3 Eggs
  • - 250g of Butter

  • - 125g of Butter
  • - 2 cups of Icing Sugar
  • - 2 Tablespoons of Milk 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180.
  2. Stand ice cream cones on a muffin tray.
  3. Mix butter & sugar.
  4. Add eggs one by one.
  5. Next add flour and milk.
  6. Fill the mix in to a piping bag.
  7. Fill all the cones 2/3.
  8. Then bake for 20min.
  9. Leave to cool.
  10. Next make the icing adding butter icing sugar and milk.
  11. Fill a piping bag.
  12. Pipe the cones and decorate.
