Spicy Fish in a Creamy Coconut Sauce
Ingredients
- Fish of your choice
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- Salt
- Green Chillies
- Tumeric Powder
- Corriander Powder
- Chillie Powder
- Cumin Powder
- Cinnamon
- Curry Leaves
- Pandan Leaves
- Garlic
Method.
- Add oil & fry curry leaves, pandan leaves with ginger garlic and onions
- Add tomatoes next.
- Add all the spices.
- Add the fish in to the tomato base and mix and cover with the sauce and cook 2 min
- Add coconut milk and cook several min.
- Serve hot with flat bread , bread or rice.
