Green Beans with Coconut ( Bonchi Mallum)
Ingredients
- 200g of Green Beans
- 1 Teaspoon of Mustard Seeds
- Salt
- Onion
- Chillies
- Curry Leaves
- Cinnamon
- Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
- Cumin Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Tumeric Powder
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut
- Oil
Method
- Add oil in to a pan.
- Add spices in to oil.
- Mix ground spices with beans.
- Add beans in to the oil.
- Then cook several min. ( Dont over cook beans)
- Add coconut, take out and add lime juice.
- Serve hot.
