Beans with Coconut (Bonchi Mallum)




Green Beans with Coconut ( Bonchi Mallum)
Ingredients
- 200g of Green Beans
- 1 Teaspoon of Mustard Seeds
- Salt
- Onion
- Chillies
- Curry Leaves
- Cinnamon
- Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
- Cumin Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Tumeric Powder
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut
- Oil
Method

  1. Add oil in to a pan.
  2. Add spices  in to oil.
  3. Mix ground spices with beans.
  4. Add beans in to the oil.
  5. Then  cook several min. ( Dont over cook beans)
  6. Add coconut, take out and add lime juice.
  7. Serve hot.
