Soft & Spongy Sausage Bread Roll
Ingredients
- - 160g of Bread Flour
- - 160g of Warm Water
- - 2g of Yeast

- - 350g of Bread Flour
- - Salt
- - 8g Dry Yeast
- - 1 Egg
- - 60g of Sugar
- - 60g Butter
- - 75ml of Water
- - Sausages
Method
- Add 160g bread flour,160 ml warm water & 2g yeast into a mixing bowl and make roux and leave it until the roux bubbles up.
- Then in to the roux add 350 g bread flour,salt, yeast,egg, sugar, butter and water and knead dough and leave until it doubles in size.
- Then punch down and cut in to equal size portions.
- Roll it in to a triangle.
- Put one sausage and roll as the video instructs.
- Bake 180 about 20-30 min.
