Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- - 500g of Chicken Thigh Cutlets
- - Olive Oil
- - Green Chillies
- - Ginger
- - Garlic
- - Pepper
- - Coriander Powder
- - Cumin Powder
- - Chillie Powder
- - Tumeric Powder
- - Onion
- - Curry Leaves
- - Cinnamon
- - Rice Wine
- 1 large tomato
Method
- Add oil in to a pan.
- When the oil is hot add the chicken & brown the chicken.
- Add salt.
- When the chicken is brown add Chinese cooking wine, Ginger garlic paste & cook several minutes.
- Then add the spices.
- Add tomatoes, Green chillies, onion and curry leaves.
- Cook about 10-20 min until the chicken absorbs all the aroma.
- Serve hot.
