Butter Cream Icing
Ingredients
- 11/2 cups (175g) Icing Sugar
- Drop Of vanilla
- 1 Tblsp Whipping/ Thickened Cream
- 1/2 Cup (115g) Butter
Method
- Cream Butter about a minute.
- After add cream and vanilla and cream for 2 min. Always make sure to scrape the sides when mixing. Whisk on full speed.
- Next add icing sugar and mix on speed one. Then mix on speed 10 for 3 min continuously.
- Put the mix in a piping bag to pipe.
