Salmon Rings
Salmon Rings (Simple Baking)
Ingredients
750g Bread flour
35g Sugar
12g Yeast
1 Egg
8g Salt
60g Butter
390ml Milk
Stuffing
Smoked Salmon
Shredded or sliced cheese
Garlic butter
Several cloves of garlic
100g Butter
Chopped parsley
Method
Make Garlic butter keep aside.
Add bread flour,sugar, yeast, egg,salt,milk in to the mixing bowl mix add salt .
Add milk and mix 6-8 min.
Add butter and knead about 20-25 min.
Leave the prepared dough in a warm place to double.
When double take out punch on a floured bench.
Cut the dough in to equal size pieces.
Roll as instructed adding salmon and cheese.
Leave to double again.
Brush tops with eggs.
Spread the garlic butter on top. Bake until golden brown.
