Mongolian Style Fried Rice (Quick & Easy Meals)
Ingredients
3 Cups
1 Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
Ginger
Salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Pepper
300g Cooked Chicken
1 Cup Spring onions
3 Eggs
Red & green capsicum
Shredded cabbage and spring onions
1 Tblsp Oyster sauce
3 Tblsp soy sauce
2 Tblsp Chinese cooking wine
Method
Add oil in to a pan and cook garlic, ginger and onion until soft.
Next, add capsicum and cooked chicken & cook two min.
Make a well in the centre and add the chicken and let it set and then scramble it.
Add chilli salt and pepper and the sauces mixed together.
Next add shredded vegetables and spring onions & mix well.
Is it okay if i dont use rice wine or is there an alternative?
