Mongolian Style Fried Rice (Quick & Easy Meals)
- 3 Cups
- 1 Onion
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 300g Cooked Chicken
- 1 Cup Spring onions
- 3 Eggs
- Red & green capsicum
- Shredded cabbage and spring onions
- 1 Tblsp Oyster sauce
- 3 Tblsp soy sauce
- 2 Tblsp Chinese cooking wine
- Add oil in to a pan and cook garlic, ginger and onion until soft.
- Next, add capsicum and cooked chicken & cook two min.
- Make a well in the centre and add the chicken and let it set and then scramble it.
- Add chilli salt and pepper and the sauces mixed together.
- Next add shredded vegetables and spring onions & mix well.
- Serve with chutney or mixed sauce.
