Sweet Coconut Flowers (Simple Baking)
Ingredients
300g Bread flower
160ml water
50g sugar
8g Yeast
12g Milk powder
5g Salt
35g Eggs
30g Butter
For the Coconut Filling
75g Desiccated coconut
35g Eggs
35g Butter
30g Sugar
Method
Add the flour,yeast,egg, sugar, milk powder and mix well and next add salt.
Start kneading for 5 min adding water little by little.
Next add the butter and keep on kneading another 10 min.
while mixing add melted butter, coconut eggs and sugar and mix well and make small balls.
When the dough is ready knead it on the bench for two min & put that in to a greased bowl and leave in a warm place until double in size.
When the dough is ready put that on to the bench and cut that in to equal size portions.
