Vanilla & Almond Cookies
- 200g Plain flour
- 120g Butter
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 70g Almond Ground
- 1 Egg
- 2 Vanilla pods or paste
- Add butter and sugar and mix well.
- Add vanilla next and mix one min.
- Add egg, almond and flour and mix until it combines all together.
- Make balls and press with a fork and bake on 180c about 20 min.
- Cool them on a wire rack to cool down.
- Store in an air tight container.
