Simple, Soft & Moist Jam Layered Cake
- 140g Butter
- 100g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 60g Milk Powder
- 225g Self Raising Flour
- Add butter, sugar and whisk 2 min.
- Add eggs one by one and whisk again.
- Next add milk powder,& self raising flour.
- Put the mix in to the tray.
- Spread jam over.Cover with another layer of batter.
- Bake the cake on 180c until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
