Soy and Linseed Bread (Simple Baking)

 Soy & Linseed Bread (Simp,e Baking)


  • 500g Bread flour
  • 130g Soy and linseeds
  • 8g Instant dry yeast
  • 400ml Warm water
  • 30g Sugar
  • 35ml olive oil.
  • 6g Salt


  1. Add flour,salt, yeast, sugar and linseed and soy mix, oil in to the mixing bowl and start kneading adding water little by little until it becomes a smooth dough. keep on kneading for 25 min.
  2. Grease a bowl and put the dough and cover.
  3. Leave in fridge about 12- 24 hours to prove.
  4. After take out and cut the dough inn to two. 
  5. Roll the dough as instructed.
  6. Leave to prove again. Cut the tops.
  7. Spray oil.
  8. Bake on 190c About 20-30 min
  9. Cool on wire rack.
  10. Can freeze up to 3 months.

  3. hI thanks for the recipe if I may ask do I have to keep in the fridge for 24 hours? can I keep it for the regular 1 hour or 2 hours because I will be making this for customers and will be making in many batches. thank you
