Crunchy Almond Cookies (Simple Baking)
- 90g Almond flour
- 1 Egg
- 200g Self Raising flour
- A drop of vanilla
- 100g Icing sugar
- 170g Cubed butter
- Add sugar and butter and mix well.
- After add the flours, vanilla and and the egg. Mix until all combine.
- Next make balls coat in sugar and flatten and bake on 180c
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Store in air tight jars.
