French short Bread Cookies (Simple Baking)
Ingredients
- 140g Softened Butter
- 1 Egg
- 250g Plain flour
- 125g Caster Sugar
Method
- Add sugar and butter in to a bowl and cream well.
- Add egg and flour and mix until it combines.
- Put the cookie dough on to the bench and roll to thickness that you like.
- Cut to the desired shape using a cookie cutter.
- bake on 180c about 10-15 min
- Cool on wire rack and store in an air tight jar.
