Simple Quick and Spongy Butter Cake
Ingredients
- 150g Margarine
- 125g caster Sugar
- 150g Self Raising flour
- 3 Eggs
- Few drops of vanilla
Method
- Add sugar, margarine, self raising flour, vanilla,eggs and mix well about 5 min.
- Transfer it in to a baking pan.
- Bake 180c about 25-30 min.
- Cool on a wire rack.

ReplyDeleteThank you for this recipe I have made it twice now. It's very good sponge cake recipe. The second time I made it I divide the margarine into half butter and half margarine and it turned light and spongy too. My to go recipe from now on. Thanks Menaka
