Cream cheese pound cake
Ingredients
- 350g Butter
- 3 cups flour
- 3 cups caster sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 1 block cream cheese
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180c or 350f.
- Grease one bundt pan.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add cheese after and mix for 5 min.
- Next add vanilla salt and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Add flour and mix one min.
- Put the mix in to the pan and bake for 40-45 min.
- Make sure to put a tray with water to stop drying up the cake,
- Cool on wire rack.
