Home Made Tomato Ketchup
Ingredients
- 2kg Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Celery
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- Red chillies
- 2 Onions
- Bayleaves
- 200ml Apple cider vinegar
- 100g Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder
- 1 Stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp groung ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- Salt
Method
- Add all the ingredients in to a pot and cook on simmer for 2 -3 hours.
- Pass the tomatoes through a sieve and store in serialised jars .
