Add Flours, sugar, yeast, egg, Sponge dough, Salt and Cinnamon or mixed spice and Start mixing adding milk little by little until it becomes a soft and smooth dough about 5 min and add butter next and keep on kneading another 10 min.
After put the dough in a greased bowl and leave in a warm place until double in size.
Next add chocolate chips and knead on the bench about 2-3 min.
Cut the dough in to equal parts and roll it as instructed in the video and arrange the buns next to each other leaving space to prove on a baking tray.
Pipe the topping and bake on 180c about 20-25 min.
Mix all the ingredients for the topping until smooth , then put the mix in a piping bag & put that in the fridge.
Add flour, yeast, egg, sugar,Salt and start kneading adding milk little by little for 5 min. Add butter & keep on kneading another 10 more min.
When the dough is ready put that in a greased bowl and leave in a warm place until double in size.
Next take the dough out and put that on to a floured bench.
Cut this in to equal size pieces.
After take one part and roll to form a ball.
Leave on baking sheets to double in size again.
Then pipe the topping (If you find the topping is hard take out several min before piping) as instructed in the video and bake on 180c about 20 -30 min.
Add the flours, yeast, sugar, roux, eggs, salt, cream and mix one minute. After add milk little by little later add butter and mix for 15 min.
After the kneading process put the dough in a greased bowl and leave in a warm place until double in size.
Meanwhile mix all the ingredients for the custard and leave in the fridge.
When the dough is ready cut the dough in to equal size pieces and roll to a circle. Use muffin trays or disposable foil trays and put the dough in and make a ring (Watch video) and leave to prove.
After press the proved dough slightly and fill the buns. Brush with eggs and bake on 180c about 20 min or until brown and eggs are set.
Cook the roux ingredients and leave in fridge several hours or over night.
Add the bread flour, roux,sugar,milk powder, yeast,salt , egg and whipping cream in to a mixing bowl and start kneading adding the milk little by little.
Do not add all the milk at once as the it will vary on the size of the egg that you are using.
Next Keep on kneading 15 min. (Make sure the that the kneading process and good yeast plays a big role in this recipe)
After kneading put the dough on to the bench and and keep kneading another 2 min.
Put the dough in a greased bowl and leave in a warm place until double in size.
take the dough and put that on to a floured bench and divide in to 4 equal parts.
Use the instruction s in video to roll the dough.
Put the dough in to a loaf pan to double in size again.
Brush the tops with eggs and bake on 180c about 40 to 45 min. (Use the lower rack to bake bread if not using fan bake.)
