Mango Ice Cream Slice (Easy Desserts)
- 1kg Mangoes
- 200ml Full cream milk
- 350ml Thickened cream
- 1 Can condensed milk
- Add the mangoes in to a food processor and puree it.
- Mean while heat the milk and cream and add it to a mixing bowl with condensed milk and beat continuously about 15 min.
- Next add the pureed mangoes in to the whipped mix and pour in to a loaf pan (Use plastic wrapping to cover the loaf pan) and freeze several hours or over night.
- Serve with fruit salad or sliced mangoes on the side.
