Rolled Omelette with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Roasted capsicum finely diced.
- Salt & pepper
- 1 Cup of cheese
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 cup spinach
Method
- Beat the eggs , milk & cream, salt & pepper and mix well.
- Next add flour and mix well.
- Spray a tray and pour the mix in to the dish.
- Bake 5 min.
- Then take out and sprinkle the vegetable.
- Bake another 5 min and take out and sprinkle the cheese.
- Bake another 2-3 min.
- Roll the omelette and cut according to the size you wish.
- Serve hot
