Peppermint Candies
Ingredients
- 125g Icing Sugar
- 55g Cream Cheese
- Drop of peppermint extract
- Food colouring
Method
- Add icing sugar, peppermint extract and cream cheese in to a mixing bowl.
- Mix until it becomes a smooth dough adding more icing sugar if necessary.
- Divide and add colours.
- Roll on the bench and cut desired shapes or roll and press with a fork,
- Leave to air dry.
- Wrap in cellophane to give away or use air tight jars to store.
