Home Made Baked English Muffins
Ingredients
- 160g Bread flour
- 40g Plain flour
- 20g Sugar
- 5g Salt
- 15g Butter
- 5g Instant dry yeast
- 1 Egg
- 80-100ml water
Method
- Add all the ingredients in to a mixing bowl and knead 5 min.
- Leave to prove.
- Cut the dough as instructed and leave to prove again and bake on 180c about 20 min.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Can freeze up to 6 months.
