Drumstick Curry (Sri Lankan Style) (+playlist)
Drumsticks are known to have a high content of Vitamin C,iron,potassium & lot other vitamins. There are differant ways of cooking. I will upload some other ways in future, This method is the very common method.
Drumsticks Curry
Ingredients
- Drumsticks
 - 1 cup of water
 - 3 Green chillies
 - 1 Tblsp maldive fish flakes
 - Garlic
 - Fenugreek seeds
 - Tumeric Powder
 - Curry powder
 - Curry leaves
 - Pandan Leaves
 - Cinnamon
 - 1 Small onion
 - 1 Cup thick coconut milk
 - Salt
 
Method
- Clean the drumsticks and cut in to 4-5 inch pieces.
 - Add all the ingredients except coconut milk in to a pot and cook about 10 min.
 - Thrn add coconut milk & cook one minute.
 - Add lime juice if you like.
