Curry Buns

Spicy Curry Buns


For the dough

  • 350g Bread flour
  • 25g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 8 g Instant dry yeast
  • 25g butter
  • 2 Tsp Bread improver
  • 150 ml warm milk

For the curry

  • Boiled potatoes
  • Onion
  • Green peas
  • Green chillies
  • Curry leaves

  1. Add all the  ingredients in to a mixing bowl & mix about 12 minutes.
  2. Add milk little by little when mixing the dough.
  3. While mixing the dough do the curry.
  4. For that add theoil in toa pan and fry onion and add spices.
  5. Then add potatoes and green peas.
  6. Add salt to your taste.
  7. Cook several minutes and leave to cool down.
  8. When the dough is double in size cut in to equal size portions.
  9. Make circles out from the dough and fill with the mix.
  10. Gather the ends together and make buns. (Watch Video)
  11. Leave to double in size.
  12. Egg wash.
  13. Bake 180 until golden brown.
