Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Using a stand mixer with a dough hook, add the flour, yeast, sugar and the salt away from the yeast, mix this for about a minute.
Then slowly incorporate the milk until the dough is combined and smooth, knead this for 5 minutes. Then add the butter and kneed for 10-15 minutes. Once the dough is done place it in a warm bowl and place it a warm place until the dough has doubled in size.
Once doubled in size, flour the bench and place the dough onto the flour and using a rolling pin, roll it to a 2cm thick rectangle. Then slice the rectangle into sticks and place in on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush the tops with butter or egg yolk, then sprinkle the top with your liking and place it in the oven for about 15-20mins until golden brown.
Add bread flour, egg, yeast, sugar, and salt and mix until well combined. Knead 5 min adding water little by little until becomes a smooth dough. Later add butter and knead for another 10 min.
After leave that in a warm place to double in size.
Flour the bench and put the prepared dough on to the bench and cut the dough in to equal size portions.
In a standard mixer, whisk together the eggs and the sugar until smooth, pale in colour and combined. Place the butter and milk in a small bowl and heat it in the microwave until melted.
When the egg mixture is place, place the mixture on a low speed and slowly incorporate the flour, when that's all combined add the milk and butter solution and let it mix for bout 2 minutes.
Place this into a muffin pan (makes bout 6-8) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
