This easy Spinach & Feta Slice is a perfect savoury bake for busy days. With  creamy feta, and a perfectly seasoned spinach filling, it’s great for lunchboxes, gatherings, or a quick homemade meal. Ingredients 

Here’s everything required to make this delicious slice:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil for oiling the tray

  • 250–300g frozen spinach (thawed and well-drained)

  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled

  • eggs

  • ½ cup whipping cream 

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

     

    Method. 

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) & Oil a slice tray or baking dish .  a large bowl, whisk the eggs and cream  

     Add the crumbled feta, spinach mixture, salt,& pepper.Stir until everything is well combined.

     

    Bake in preheated oven about 15-20 minutes.

  • Drain the spinach well — excess water can make the pastry soggy.

  • Use good-quality feta for the best flavour.

  • Add herbs like dill, parsley, or mint for a fresh twist.
