🍽️ Baked Salmon with Sauteed Vegetables
Ingredients
For the Salmon

1 whole Salmon
-
50ml Olive oil
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 lemon
-
1 tbsp Garlic and herb seasoning
For the Vegetables
-
1-2 Grated carrots
-
1 medium Onion sliced
-
Few Cloves of garlic
-
4 inches ginger
-
Few red chilies (optional)
-
Salt and pepper
-
1/2 bunch spring onions
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C or 180c on fan forced

Season the salmon: Rub the fillets with olive oil, garlic & Herb seasoning salt, and pepper. Place lemon slices in to the cuts and in the cavity too.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Saute all the vegetables as in the video and place on top of the salmon.

Serve hot with rice, potatoes, or crusty bread.

Ingredients
For the Bream

1 whole bream, gutted and cleaned

1½ tbsp olive oil
-
Salt and pepper
-
1 lemon, sliced
-
Garlic and herb seasoning
-
1 tbsp Paprika or chilli powder
1tsp cumin
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan forced) or 200c (normal oven)

Prepare the fish: cut the bream in an angle to open up, So it get all flavors goes through it.

Place the fish on a baking tray. Mix the spices and rub the fish with spices.

Bake for 25–30 minutes (whole fish) until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.

Drizzle with extra lemon juice and garnish with vegetables.
