Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1kg Desiree potatoes
- 350ml Cream
- 125 ml milk
- 150 g shredded bacon
- 90 g shredded mozarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 large onions finely sliced
- Salt & pepper
- Stock cubes or stock powder
Method
- Add stock powder to the cream.
- Add milk to the cram
- Add a layer of potato, then onion and then the bacon.
- Repeat it until finish all. FInish with potatoes
- Add the mixed cream
- Cover with a foil & bake on 180 about half an hour.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake another half an hour.
