Chocolate Fudge Muffins
Ingredients
- 225 g Self raising flour
- 3 Tblsp golden syrup
- Pinch of Salt
- 50 g Cocoa Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 85 ml Olive oil.
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 115g Brown sugar
Method
- Grease 12 hole muffin tray.
- Pre heat oven to 180.
- Beat the eggs and the sugar.
- Add oil, golden syrup cocoa powder, Self raising flour & salt.
- Mix it adding sour cream.
- Pour in to muffin holes.
- Bake 20 - 30 min.
