Chicken Palandi
Ingredients
- 500g Diced Chicken
- Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tblsp Oil
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Tblsp Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Thick cocnut milk
- Curry Leaves
- Green Chillies
- Cinnamon
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tblsp Garlic, & Ginger
- Corriander powder
- Cumin Powder
- Tumeric Powder
- Crushed Pepper
- Fenugreek & Cardamom seeds
Method
- Add salt ,Ginger & garlic and season the chicken.
- Add 1 tblsp oil & fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Transfer the fried chicken in to another bowl.
- Add 1 tblsp oil in toa pan.
- Add curry leaves, onion,tomato cardamon and fenugreek seeds
- Fry that several minutes.
- Add yoghurt in to the chicken.
- Then add that chicken mix in to the onion mix.
- Add all the spices with the green chillies& cook until it absorbs all the flavours.
- After several minutes add the thick coconut milk.
- Cook until there is no gravy.
- Beat the eggs with salt and add the eggs in to the chicken.
- Pour around the chicken and cook until the eggs are set.
- Serve hot with rice.
