Coconut Toffee
Ingredients
- 500g freshly grated coconut
- 700g Sugar
- 1 Tblsp crushed cardamon seeds
- Food Colouring
- Vanila
- 1 can condensed milk
Method
- Add all the ingredients in to a pot
- Stir until it comes off the pan and sets.
- Put on to a floured board and leave to cool down.
- Cut in to desired size pieces.
