Botanical Name: Centella asiatica

Common Names:

Here’s a quick and easy oats recipe you can try — healthy, customizable, and done in minutes!


🥣 Basic Oatmeal Recipe (Stovetop or Microwave)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats (or quick oats)

    2 cups gotukola juice  

  • 1/2 cup cream or coconut cream(or a mix of both)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

  • Sweetener to taste (e.g., honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar 

     

Optional toppings:

  • Fresh fruits (banana, berries, apple slices)

  • Nuts & seeds (almonds, chia, flaxseed)

  • Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg)

  • Nut butter (peanut, almond)

  • Yogurt or a splash of milk

     

     

    Stovetop Instructions:

  • In a small pot, bring the milk/gotukola juice or water to a boil.

  • Add oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to low.

  • Simmer for about 5 minutes (3 minutes for quick oats), stirring occasionally.

  • Remove from heat, add sweetener and toppings.


Microwave Instructions:

  1. Combine oats, milk/water, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl (use a large one to prevent overflow).

  2. Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes.

  3. Stir, then let sit for a minute before adding toppings.
