 Had the loveliest time at a beautiful high tea experience, thanks to my wonderful daughter who treated me! 🌸🫖 The setting was charming, the food was delicious, and the whole experience felt like such a special treat. It’s easy to book and pay online, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable outing. It’s nice to indulge in something like this once in a while—it truly felt like a moment to slow down and enjoy. 💐✨

  • 1. Eggplant patties
  • Spicy Beef Curry
  • Fall apart Pork ribs

 Ingredients for the Eggplant Patties.

  • 2 Eggplants
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped Green chilies
  • Chopped curry leaves or any herb you have
  •  Paprika or chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup plain flour for coating 


 


 

Ingredients for the Spicy beef curry

  • 500 g Gravy Beef
  • 1 medium or two small  chopped onions
  • about  6 cloves of garlic
  • curry leaves
  • 2 inches
  • cinnamon
  • 2 star anise
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 table spoon full coriander seeds
  •  1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp chilli powder ( Adjust to your taste)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup thick coconut milk 



 




 

Ingredients for the Fall apart pork ribs

  • 700g Pork ribs
  • 1 table spoon  rice vinegar  or any other vinegar
  • 2 Table spoons rice cooking wine
  • 1-2 table spoon soy sauce 
  • 2 table spoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 table spoon pomegranate concentrate (optional)
