Spicy Curry Buns
Ingredients
For the dough
- 350g Bread flour
- 25g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 8 g Instant dry yeast
- 25g butter
- 2 Tsp Bread improver
- 150 ml warm milk
For the curry
- Boiled potatoes
- Onion
- Green peas
- Green chillies
- Curry leaves
Method....
- Add all the ingredients in to a mixing bowl & mix about 12 minutes.
- Add milk little by little when mixing the dough.
- While mixing the dough do the curry.
- For that add theoil in toa pan and fry onion and add spices.
- Then add potatoes and green peas.
- Add salt to your taste.
- Cook several minutes and leave to cool down.
- When the dough is double in size cut in to equal size portions.
- Make circles out from the dough and fill with the mix.
- Gather the ends together and make buns. (Watch Video)
- Leave to double in size.
- Egg wash.
- Bake 180 until golden brown.
