Pita Breads with Cottage Cheese & Spinach

Ingredients


  • - Pita Bread
  • - 2 Onions
  • - Spinach
  • - 1 Cup of Bacon
  • - 3 Eggs
  • - Green Chillies
  • - Pepper
  • - Chillie Flakes
  • - Salt
  • - Cottage Cheese

Method

  1. Steam or blanch the spinach & and squeeze excess water  or thaw and squeeze frozen spinach.
  2. Make an opening in each pita bread.
  3. Preheat oven or sandwich press.
  4. Mix all the ingredients & fill the pockets.
  5. Bake 10 min oven or 3 min in sandwich press.
  6. Enjoy hot.
