Pan Fried Chicken Liver
Ingrediens
- - 500g of Chicken Liver
- - 1 Onion
- - 4 Cloves of Garlic
- - Red Chillies
- - Salt
- - 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
- - 1 Teaspoon of Chillie Powder
- - Pundan Leaves
- - Curry Leaves
- - Stock Cube
- - 1 Tomato
- - Oil
- Pepper
- Chillie powder
Method
- Add a tablespoon or two oil in to a pan.
- Add pandan leaves curry leaves and salt.
- Then add chicken live and cook several min.
- Next add all the other ingredients and cook until there is no gravy.
- Serve hot with rice or flat bread or any kind of a bread.
