Cranberry & Yoghurt Cup Cakes
Ingredients
- 200g Self raising flour
- 100g Dried Cranberries or any kind of a dried fruit
- A drop of Vanilla
- 70ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 120g Butter
- 125g Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 160g Yoghurt
Method
- Add the flour, sugar , butter, baking soda and youghurt and mix one minute.
- Add eggs vanilla, and mix well.
- Next add milk and cranberries.
- Prepare 12 hole muffin pan.
- Fill each and bake 180 about 20-30 min.
- Cool on a wire rack before storing.
