No Bake Cashew Nut Fudge
Ingredients
- 250g Roasted cashew nuts
- 250g Marie Biscuits
- 1 can (397g) condensed Milk
- 2 Tblsp Sugar
Method
- Grind cashews in a food processor and add biscuits.
- Next add sugar and condensed milk.
- Process until separate from the wall of the food processor.
- Next line a tray with plastic wrapping.
- Put the mix and press.
- Leave several hours to rest or overnight.
- Cut in to squares.
