Tapioca (Cassava, Manioc) with Coconut



Spicy Tapioca (Cassava ,Manioc) with Cococnut.

Ingredients.


  • 500g boiled tapioca
  • 1 cup freshly grated coconut
  • oil
  • pandan Leaves
  • Curry Leaves
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 Tblsp Mustard seeds
  • Red and Green chillies
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 Cloves of Garlic
  • Tumeric Powder
  • Cummin Powder
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt

Method

  • Boil Tapioca with tumeric or saffron adding salt to your taste.
  • Fry the ingredients to get the aroma out.
  • Add coconut and Tapioca.
  • Mix well.
  • Can serve as it is or with rice.
