Drumstick Curry (Sri Lankan Style) (+playlist)



Drumsticks are known to have a high content of Vitamin C,iron,potassium & lot other vitamins. There are differant ways of cooking. I will upload some other ways in future, This method is the very common method.

Drumsticks Curry

Ingredients


  • Drumsticks
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 Tblsp maldive fish flakes
  • Garlic
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Tumeric Powder
  • Curry powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Pandan Leaves
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 Small onion
  • 1 Cup thick coconut milk
  • Salt

Method

  1. Clean the drumsticks and cut in to 4-5 inch pieces.
  2. Add all the ingredients except coconut milk in to a pot and cook about 10 min.
  3. Thrn add coconut milk & cook one minute.
  4. Add lime juice if you like.
