Dark Chocolate Mud Cake
Ingredients- 270g Butter
- 225g Dark chocolate
- 400g Caster Sugar
- 375ml Milk
- 340g Self Raising Flour (or plain flour +2 tsp Baking soda + 1/4 tsp salt)
- 3 Tblsp cocoa powder
- 3 Eggs
Method
- Add chocolate, sugar, butter & milk bring to a boil. Cool down 10 min.
- Next add cocoa powder, egg and flour
- Mix really well.
- Pour in to the prepared tray and bake on 160c about 1-11/2 hours.
- Leave the cake in tray for 5 min and transfer to a wire rack.
