Salmon Rings (Simple Baking)
Ingredients
- 750g Bread flour
- 35g Sugar
- 12g Yeast
- 1 Egg
- 8g Salt
- 60g Butter
- 390ml Milk
Stuffing
- Smoked Salmon
- Shredded or sliced cheese
Garlic butter
- Several cloves of garlic
- 100g Butter
- Chopped parsley
Method
- Make Garlic butter keep aside.
- Add bread flour,sugar, yeast, egg,salt,milk in to the mixing bowl mix add salt .
- Add milk and mix 6-8 min.
- Add butter and knead about 20-25 min.
- Leave the prepared dough in a warm place to double.
- When double take out punch on a floured bench.
- Cut the dough in to equal size pieces.
- Roll as instructed adding salmon and cheese.
- Leave to double again.
- Brush tops with eggs.
- Spread the garlic butter on top. Bake until golden brown.
- Cool on wire racks.
