Ingredients:
- 1000g self raising flour
- 100g butter
- 5ml lemon juice
- 80g sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Add the butter, eggs ,sugar, vanilla, salt into a bowl and beat it with a whisk until combined. Then add lemon juice, and flour and mix this until smooth and combined.
- Using a madeline tray, spray it with cooking oil, then add about tablespoon in each mould, tap it on the bench to flatten it out. Then bake in the oven for about 20mins or until then spring back when touched.
