Leek & Mackerel English Muffins
Ingredients
- English Muffins
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Can Mackerel
- 1 Leek finely sliced
- 1 green chilli
- Salt & pepper
- 1 Stock cube
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1/2 Cup plain flour
- 2-3 Tblsp Cream
Method
- Add All the ingredients except flour in to a mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- Add flour little by little and mix well too.
- Top the muffins.
- If you like to add more cheese add some on top.
- Bake 180 about 20-30 min.
