Ice Cream Cone Cup Cakes.
Ingredients
- - Flat Bottom Ice cream Cones
- - 180ml of Milk
- - 270g of Caster Sugar
- - 330g of Self Raising Flour
- - 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
- - 3 Eggs
- - 250g of Butter
- - 125g of Butter
- - 2 cups of Icing Sugar
- - 2 Tablespoons of Milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 180.
- Stand ice cream cones on a muffin tray.
- Mix butter & sugar.
- Add eggs one by one.
- Next add flour and milk.
- Fill the mix in to a piping bag.
- Fill all the cones 2/3.
- Then bake for 20min.
- Leave to cool.
- Next make the icing adding butter icing sugar and milk.
- Fill a piping bag.
- Pipe the cones and decorate.
