Mushroom Curry (Sri Lankan Style)
Mushroom Curry
Ingredients
- - Flat Mushrooms or any other
- - 1 Onion
- - Garlic
- - 1 Tomato
- - 1 Tablespoon of Butter
- - Green Chillies
- - Pundan Leave
- - Cinnamon
- - Fenugreek Seeds
- - Pepper
- - Tumeric Powder
- - Roasted Chillie Powder
- - Roasted Curry Powder
- - 1 stock Cube
- - 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
- Add butter in to pan & add cumin seeds and fry.
- Add garlic,onion,pandan leaves & fenureek seeds. Fry several minutes.
- Next add tomatoes and the spices, stock cube , salt with green chillies.
- Fry several minutes.
- Then add the mushrooms and cook until there is no gravy
- Then add thick coconut milk & cook 1 min.
