Cauliflower & Broccoli Bake
Ingredients
- - 1 Cauliflower
- - 2 Large Broccoli
- - 50g of Butter
- - 1/2 Cup of Flour
- - Milk
- - Salt
Method
- Blanch the prepared cauliflower & broccoli. (To Blanch add salt in to a pot of water and when boils add veggies and cook 1 min.)
- Lay them on a tray and press down.
- Make the white sauce adding butter and flower and then the milk. (You can add onion, bay leaves, nutmeg, or stock cubes to give more flavour.)
- Sprinkle some cheese.
- Pour the sauce over the top and bake 180 about 1/2 an hour until nice golden brown on top.
